Privacy Policy
How The System Folks handles contact details, diagnostic results and website measurement. Last updated 8 August 2026.
What we collect
We collect information you choose to provide through enquiry, diagnostic, founding-access and application forms. This may include your name, work email, company, role, team size, business context and a summary of diagnostic results.
We also collect limited source information such as the page visited, referrer and campaign parameters. Funnel analytics use non-identifying properties such as team-size band, role band, score band and weakest operating layer.
How we use it
We use your information to generate and send requested results, respond to enquiries, assess product or service fit, improve our resources and follow up about the specific product or diagnostic you requested.
We do not sell personal information. We do not send names, email addresses, company names, free-text answers or individual diagnostic answers to product analytics.
Service providers
We may use ClickUp to manage leads and enquiries, Resend to deliver result and follow-up emails, PostHog to measure privacy-conscious funnel activity, and Vercel to host the website and serverless forms. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Diagnostic information
For the Team Health Dashboard, we store the overall score, layer scores, result summary, submitted contact details and answers needed to generate the report. We use this information to deliver the requested result and relevant follow-up.
Cookies and analytics
The MVT analytics configuration does not use session recording and does not intentionally identify individual visitors. If analytics settings change to use cookies or additional personal information, this policy and consent treatment will be updated before the change is made.
Retention and access
We keep enquiry and diagnostic records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information.
